Expandi Group, the largest EMEA B2B MarTech and AdTech provider, today announced the purchase of B2B account-based marketing (ABM) platform Jabmo and of all its marketing assets, including the well-known brand.
With offices in Europe and US, Jabmo powered ABM B2B marketing strategies for more than 50 of the world’s largest manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare organisations. A leading provider of ABM platforms, in December 2022, Jabmo was inserted as one of the top 9 provider in the Gartner® 2022 Magic Quadrant™ for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Platforms.
In February 2023 the business went into administration and Expandi, in July 2023, acquired all assets of the company including the platform. The Jambo brand is now owned by Expandi Group and the platform functionalities have been integrated within the Expandi MaTech platform.
Expandi is re-launching a stronger than ever Jambo ABM Platform leveraging most of the features of the former tool (including integration with the major social media platforms, CRM and Marketing Automation systems) and all the innovative Expandi applications such as Cyance Platform for 3rd and 1st Party Intent analytics, the Account Based Advertising Platform based on unique IP addresses database from Accountinsight.
End customers and partner agencies will have greater visibility and insights over B2B markets and will improve the results of their account-based marketing strategies and overall ROI by delivering targeted campaigns to companies most likely to buy. Starting from Q4 2023, taking advantage of Jabmo well established network in US and Expandi enriched data across markets, the Group will start serving all key markets in APAC and North America
